At Kshatra, each garment is crafted with precision and quality at its core. This policy exists to ensure every client receives their order in the intended condition, and that any resolution process remains smooth, fair, and transparent.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To ensure clients are fully satisfied with their purchase, returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
To maintain product integrity and ensure fairness in processing, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags intact
- Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
These conditions ensure every return can be processed fairly and efficiently for all clients.
Kshatra reserves the right to decline a return or exchange only where the product does not meet these conditions upon inspection.
ORDER UNBOXING (RECOMMENDED)
To ensure faster resolution in the rare case of damage, defect, or incorrect item, clients are encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
This helps protect clients by providing clear documentation and allows both sides to resolve any concerns quickly and transparently.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, clients may contact us at kshatraofficial@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe through our official channels.
Once reviewed and approved, Kshatra will arrange a reverse pickup directly from the client’s address where serviceable, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process.
If reverse pickup is not available, clear alternative instructions will be provided to ensure the return remains simple and accessible.
Any applicable logistics charges, if required, will always be communicated in advance with full transparency.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Clients are requested to inspect their order upon delivery so that any rare issue can be resolved immediately.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it should be reported within 3 days of receipt to ensure prompt resolution.
After this window, it may not be possible to verify or process claims effectively.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are fully managed by Kshatra to ensure convenience for the client.
For prepaid orders, once approved, we handle the complete process, including pickup and redelivery, at no additional cost to the client. Exchanged item shall be dispatched from our facility once after the original order is received and inspected.
This ensures a seamless experience without any logistical burden on the client.
Content and conditions of the package reaching our facility shall be beared with full responsibility of the client at all times. In case of COD orders, logistical charges would be clearly and transparently communicated in advance to the client.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain fairness and consistency across all orders, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Items without original tags or packaging
REFUNDS
Once a returned item is received and inspected, clients will be informed of the outcome without delay.
Approved refunds, after deducting logistical charges, are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. In case of COD orders, bank details of client shall be asked via our official email ID by our executive personnel. Kindly do not share your bank account details with unauthorised spams.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
If a refund cannot be approved, the client will be clearly informed of the reason along with available alternatives where applicable.
